The Jean Marshall Trio features Jean Marshall on vocals, Joel Fox on guitar and George Gerontakos on double bass. They perform a range of cool blues and warm jazz with a repertoire ranging from the jazz era through to now, from quirky to classics.

The Jazz West Combo is a beautiful interplay between the exotic steel guitar of Graham Griffith & the jazz stylings of guitarist Tony Burkys, along with the driving rhythm guitar and fabulous vocals of Jenny Griffith. All three have played together for over 20 years with material spanning jazz and country classics.

The Frox are the delicate sensibilities and masterfully syncopated guitar stylings of Joel Fox, coupled with the authentically vintage, rich, and moody vocals and radiant effervescence of Kristina Frazer. Together they span blues, jazz, Motown, and more, giving The Frox, the power to simultaneously elevate the mood and seduce the listener.

Introducing 3 Birds & The Truth, a captivating musical collaboration that brings together the sounds of Amber Kenny, Beth Lucas, and Jo Caseley. Amber enchants with beguiling melodies and honest lyricism while Beth offers a fresh take on alt-country, infusing it with modern pop sensibilities. Henry Manuell), tells tales from Sydney’s Inner West, dragging New Orleans tradition hard into the 21st Century in a cocktail of folk, blues and roots, with an eclectic blend of toe-tapping sing-alongs. Armed with his banjo, Kid Hank rehashes the old for a playful and vibrant sound, jumping from genres and deconstructing songs only to reconstruct them once again. 

Violinist Simon Watts and guitarist Cameron Jones perform an eclectic mix of toe-tapping tunes, drawing inspiration from the driving rhythms and melodic honesty of the acoustic gypsy jazz guitar, to music from Simon’s Irish ancestry, steamy tangos and Hot Club swing jazz.

Join Steve Jewell (piano) and George Gerontakos (bass) for an evening of smooth jazz, when they present the music of Richard Whiting and Walter Donaldson. Steve has had a lifelong career playing, composing and promoting jazz. George is an accomplished bassist, encompassing classical, rock and jazz, including numerous studio sessions.

Hosted by the outrageous Amanda Gray, this week’s headline act is local comedy duo Brian and Krysstal. Their unconventional vaudeville style is punctuated by silly songs, the odd bit of Spanish dancing, loads of jokes, and loads of belly laughs. Our support act is Sydney comedian Gerard McGown, a master of the self-piss-take and winner of multiple awards.

Belinda Holland has been singing jazz and blues for over two decades. An exciting jazz vocalist who really swings and sings the blues, Belinda will make you laugh out loud, but just as quickly quiet a busy room with a stunning ballad. Her repertoire spans classic standards and some lesser-known gems, in a modern mode.

Hosted by the audacious and outrageously witty local comedian Amanda Gray, headlining this month is the hilarious Joe Comino. A seasoned comic Joe’s comedy can be described as ‘a real life story’. So if you are laughing during one of Joe’s acts, you are actually laughing at him. Our support act is Marty Bright, a multi-faceted comedian and poet who will spout lyrical wordsmithery with his funky, psychedelic vibes. Leon Anderson returns to the open mic.
